Phil Johnson, founder of New Home Network has built a family business around real estate sales, development, construction and financing. Raised around the industry and having worked along side their father all their lives, Kerri and Ed Johnson started their own construction company in 2001. Today their company is the custom building arm of New Home Network and they specialize in taking customer concepts and needs and turning them into realistic, practical, top quality, custom homes. They have extensive experience in all aspects of the process from designing the home, to finding a suitable lot for the home, to working with towns and municipalities to obtain all approvals related to the project, to securing financing and of course the actual construction itself. Our Custom Building division is truly one stop shopping for those special customers who want a true one of a kind custom home.
