We were not looking to build when we were introduced to NHN. Perception was the process was difficult, and prone to cost overages and delays…BUT that was not the case with Kerri and team. We’ve been in 5 years, and no issues to date. Really pleased with the quality of the build.

Designing and building a new home from a distance could have been very stressful, but NHN’s professional team of Kerri, Ed, and John guided me step by step through the process, designing a home with a style and floor plan that is totally me. Our experience with Kerri, Ed and John at K&E was outstanding. During the building process we saw opportunities to make changes that better enhanced our home and they worked with us every step of the way. We ended up adding some larger windows to capture the views out the back of our home and enhanced our family room with coffered ceilings that really made the house amazing. We ended up under budget and couldn’t be happier with the home K&E built for us.

 We met Kerri and Ed through our friends who had recently built their home with K & E Construction, and we were instantly impressed with what appeared to be a very well thought out home buying process. After 1.5 years of unsuccessfully looking for a home in Scituate, Kerri identified a property that was recently for sale and we jumped on it. K&E did all of the planning with regards to turning a large wooded lot into an acre of buildable land, where eventually we would build our dream home.
